We hope you'll decide to join BACPSL.

At the bottom of this page you can download a set of forms for membership and our Web Directory.

To advertise in our directories you must be qualified to work in private practice.

If you have an entry on the BACPSL Web Directory at www.bacpsl.co.uk we will add a free hyperlink from the BACPSL website to your own website once it has been approved by the Committee. We’d also like you to add a reciprocal link to our website.

We also produce an annual paper Directory. Copies of the Directory are distributed each year to outlets such as doctors’ surgeries, CABs, libraries and members of the public.

Entries are taken in May each year and distribution starts in August. Entries have been finalised for the 2012 issue. The cost of joining and web entries are scaled per quarter.

Whatever membership package you choose, you will receive our quarterly newsletter Communications which will be emailed to you as a PDF, discounted training offers, and details of social events and networking.

Applications are closed for the 2012 issue and will be taken for the 2012/2013 issue in May 2012. The cost will be £57 for a single entry, £25 for a second cross-referenced entry.

We are now offering 5 year inflation-proof membership, directory and web options. Prices are as follows:

Concessions Codes

* Individuals: unemployed, disability benefit, working tax credit, Diploma students and trainees on entry level courses.  PLEASE NOTE we do not offer a concession purely on the basis of age.
** Organisations: small charities only

NB Student membership is for people starting their counselling training - Diploma/BTEC students or similar, not if you are undertaking further training or working towards accreditation etc. If you join under student membership or apply for a concession on the basis that you are unemployed you can’t be included in either directory. In all cases please remember to enclose proof of concessions.
