We hope you'll decide to join BACPSL.

To advertise in our directories you must be qualified to work in private practice. If you're not sure please contact Sue Medley on sue@syntax2000.co.uk, Tel 020 8300 9646

If you have an entry on the BACPSL Web Directory at www.bacpsl.co.uk we will add a free hyperlink from the BACPSL website to your own website once it has been approved by the Committee. But we’d like you to add a reciprocal link to our website. You can have two cross referenced entries.

You will receive our quarterly newsletter Communications, discounted training offers, and details of social events and networking. You’ll also be able to access our web based Yahoo Group which is exclusive to BACPSL members.

In May 2010 you'll be sent forms for entry in the Directory of Counsellors. The Directory is an annual printed booklet. 1650 copies of the last Directory (2008/2009) were initially printed to be distributed to doctors’ surgeries, CABs, libraries and members of the public and more were printed later.

Concessions Codes

* Individuals: senior citizens, unemployed, disability benefit, Diploma students and trainees
** Organisations: small charities

If you’re claiming a concession please state on what grounds and remember to enclose proof (photocopies not originals as they will not be returned).

NB Student membership is for people starting their counselling training - Diploma/BTEC students or similar, not if you are undertaking further training or working towards accreditation etc. If you join under student membership or apply for a concession on the basis that you are unemployed you can’t be included in either directory.

In all cases please remember to enclose proof of concessions.
