Everyday we respond and react to the world around us emotionally, mentally, physically and energetically. Although often aware of our mental and physical reactions we are often less aware of our energetic reactions, however these are just as important in creating our well-being. Today we will explore the energetic system and how it interacts with the others. We will look at the Aura, the Chakra System and the Subtle Bodies and highlight how when these are out of balance and how to address that.
