The course will develop your understanding of Dramatherpay and demonstrate its benefit to a wide variety of client groups (i.e. children, those with learning difficulties or mental health disorders). Although the core philosophy of the approach draws on Gestalt and Psychodynamic principals, all course participants will be invited to explore and discuss how their own personal philosophy or psychotherapeutic approach can be enriched by Dramatherapy’s constructs.

The learning focus on the course is highly experiential and could be life changing and enhancing. Certification: On completion of the course participants will receive an LC&CTA – CPD Certificate. Discover or enhance your creativity and intuition whilst exploring your self perception. Learn new skills which can be employed in the facilitation of others. This exciting personal and professional development course will encourage right side brain activity to come to the fore of your experience through the use of painting and sketching exercises. No formal artistic skills are required to take this course – you only need an open mind and the desire to be adventurous.

Starts late March

This highly exciting, experiential and practical course is for Qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists who wish to expand their clinical practice to include the supervision of other counsellor’s in practice. It runs on Thursday evenings for 3 hours over 36 weeks; with 2 one-day Workshops toward the end of the course.

You will engage in 120 hours of contact study which combine the practical, theoretical and clinical elements of the Counselling Supervision Relationship and Process. The course is not counselling approach specific but is open to candidates regardless of their practice model. During your time with us you will be introduced to a variety of Supervision models and learn which model best suits your personal, professional and clinical philosophy and practice.

By completion you will be able to effectively supervise others in their movement toward becoming effective, reflective practitioners.

Cost: £1200.00 + Annual Registration Fee of £55.00*.
Payable by a deposit of £455.00 (including registration fee) followed by 5 payments of £160 from April 1st to August 1^st
