Brook Green is a charming laid-back village with a loyal group of committed localists. It’s known for being a haven for families and you’ll see lots of prams around the green or in the cafes. On sunny days the pubs and outdoor spaces fill up with City professionals that live in some of the areas lovely mansion flats.
Richmond is safe at night unless you are in the bad part of the hood. Much like anywhere. The Fan and downtown are two different areas. Both are safe at night , but downtown becomes pretty quiet in some areas.
Whitton is a lovely place to live , some beautiful leafy roads, great schools and good local services. The transport links are brilliant, I can be in central London in 30 mins by train and on the M25 in 10 mins by driving down the M3. I have lived in the area now for 5 years.
Teddington is a great place to live . Family friendly, lots of great schools, a good quality of life vs commute into London. Good local resaurants and pubs. We have never looked back since moving to the area.
