Free parking facilities are available in the stadium’s North and West car park .
The parking fee at pay stations is $1.50 per hour. With Pay-by-Plate it is no longer necessary to place a receipt on the dashboard after you pay. Residential Restricted Parking Zones.

Parking is enforced pursuant to the Code of Virginia, Title 46.2, Chapter 12, Abandoned, Immobilized, Unattended and Trespassing Vehicles; Parking and Richmond City Code, Chapter 102, Article VI., Stopping, Standing and Parking . There are a variety of parking infractions with fines ranging from $25 to $200.
Parking is free of charge.
Although there is a car park at Kew Gardens , the parking spaces available are limited.

Fiction – Single yellow lines operate for the hours shown on signs by the line , or for the hours of the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) which they are in. This means they can operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Vehicle access to car parks and park roads Please note that the current Movement Strategy trial has changed the way you can access the park by car, and the road between Richmond Gate and Roehampton Gate is not open to public vehicles at weekends .
Residents parking restrictions are in place in most areas in Richmond from Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm. All of Richmond is controlled by residents’ parking schemes. All visitors must park in pay and display bays or in off-street car parks during restricted hours.
