The regular course fee for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is $620 ($570 if you pay in full 30 days prior to the start of class).
Upon successful completion of the Mindfulness Diploma Course, you can work as a Mindfulness Practitioner either on a 1-2-1 basis or with groups of people.

The Mindfulness -Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program for prevention of depression relapse may be covered by insurance if the participant’s policy covers mental health and group therapy. Participants must have a diagnosis of depression and/or anxiety. The MBSR class is not covered by insurance at this time.
